Woodbury Bluff Covenants

Reasonable covenants to protect your investment.

Although beautiful, most of Maine’s communities lack the comprehensive zoning needed to protect the value of your investment. Our covenants are meant to help protect your investments while not being onerous.

Some examples of covenants for Lots 15–28 are:

  • All lot owners are members of the Home Owners Association

  • No lot will be further divided

  • No mobile homes

  • No business other than home occupation which employees no more than two people in addition to the lot owners

  • Recreational trailers and unregistered vehicles must be out of sight of the road

  • Construction: if you choose to build on your land, the exterior must be finished, and the disturbed area cleaned up within one year of the start of construction

  • Buffer and drainage easements will be maintained unless prior written approval from the MDEP

  • Right of way easements other than utilities subject to approval

A full copy of the Declaration of Covenants is available upon request.

Lots W-A & W-B are personally owned by Tom Chadbourne, thus not part of Woodbury Bluff.

Some restrictions for Lots W-A & W-B include:

  • No mobile homes

  • Recreational trailers and unregistered vehicles must be out of sight of the road

  • Construction: if you choose to build on your land, the exterior must be finished, and the disturbed area cleaned up within one year of the start of construction
